For the past few nights, the joints in my shoulders and hips have been hurting so much, that I have been on the verge of screaming. I cried myself to sleep the other night cause the pain so almost unbearable.
I had a slight case Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was a kid and even had to use a walker for a couple of months.
It comes and goes, but seems to come as the seasons and or temperatures change.
I use to be prescribed painkillers for these occurences, but have currently run out. I need something to help ease the pain in my hip and shoulder joints. I am trying to get into a specialist, but haven't had any luck. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I just want to be able to sleep and wake up without pain. What can I do?

Many things from a simple hot bath to standing under a shower. Some people prefer heat other cold, so you have to figure out which you prefer. Likewise you can have a back massage, buy a mattress topper to take the weight of these areas. Might want to invest in a TENs machine, go swimming, hot tub, sauna, the list is endless.
