my pay period ends on the last day of every month and the 15 of every month... i dont have direct deposit and it sucks that sometimes the end or the fifteenth end on a weekend and i have to wait to get pait the folloing week.. is it wrong if i ask to get paid on a different date... or maybe get my check that friday?

I had issues with my bank that's the reason i dont have direct deposit its a long story but there is a reason why i dont have it.....Not just because i dont want to "get with the times"

it won't hurt to ask but I've never heard of a company anywhere changing the pay date for a single employee.

you need to find a new bank or credit union to get direct deposit normally. that's the easiest solution unless you are in Chex Systems.

Well, it never hurts to ask, but I doubt the company is going to change their policy because of you. It seems to me that you need to get with the times and sign up for direct deposit; then it won't be such an issue for you.

Your employer is not going to change your pay date just because you ask them. If you don't like the frequency of your paychecks, then either get a new job or budget your money better.

I doubt the company will reschedule there payroll schedule.
Why don't you change banks so you can get direct deposit????????????????

all depends on their policy..most people wont let you change it but it wont hurt to ask.
