The neighborhood cats use my front flower garden and the stuff grows like a Brazillian jungle, it helps the plants. Fortunately cat pee and poop doesn't kill things like dog poop does.
You can get them to stop by hanging little sections of nylon stockings with about 5 or 8 mothballs in them, the cats don't like the smell any more than we do.
Sleeping on top the car, that's a given, you wouldn't believe how many cars in the parking lot at work have cat prints on them from that. There are plastic sheets that attach to the wheel wells, to stop dogs and cats from sleeping on the hood, or you can lay a piece of carpet over the area (soft side down to not scratch the paint). Or park inside a garage.

You should call animal control and get rid of these cats. They pose a danger to themselves, wildlife, and even human life. Check your local pet store/ feed mill. They do sell sprays that are supposed to keep cats away. The problem with cats sleeping on your car is due to the warmth of the engine block. Can you move it inside or cover it up? I'm not sure you can use the sprays on vehicles without destroying the paint.

You really can't. You can try, but investing in a car cover would be more effective.
You can also keep them off your car by putting a scat mat on the top for a few days.
I live in a neighborhood with several strays that everyone feeds, so I feel your pain.

to stop it from messing up your flower bed try to get some dog pee and sprinkle it around there i know it sounds disgusting but it works. and for the car put tape all over the top with the sticky side up (but down on the sides so it wont blow away) and after a few nights of that the cat wont ever sleep on the top of your car again

I don't know about for the car but for the garden I've heard putting orange peels in there can help. Also put down mulch and cover the dirt. There's also a device you can get that squirts a harmless spray of citrus scent that'll spook 'em.

I had a simular problem until i went to B+Q. They sell something called CatOff! You just sprinkle it around your garden and it starts working immediately. It doesnt damage flowers, lawns, bushes anything. Just keeps out cats (and other pests like rats and mice) Supposedly it has a distinct smell that cats dont like and they stay out. It does work! I think it cost about £2.99 for a litre of powder. Good luck.

The only way you could stop it was calling the pound
If it is an outside cat though then u should leave it alone
If it belongs to someone who doesn't take care of him/her then you should take it in
Just do not be cruel to him/her
The more cruel you are to them then they will be mean back

If you catch them, spray them with water. It doesn't hurt them, but they hate it.
After a few sprays, they might stay away from your property.
There are also some products you can buy that repel animals.
