I hope you realize there's no possible answer the way you've asked your question. Since you're talking 100 grain loads, we might assume you're using it for whitetails, and the reasonable thing to do, since it won't reach much farther, is to zero at 200, in which case the answer will of course be "none." If you want to get esoteric, you can chrono your load, and if you know the particulars of the bullet you're shooting, you can figure point blank range, which will be a little past 200 yards for a 4" vital area, and in that case, with zero at PBR, it'll be just a smidgen high at 200 but not enough to worry about changing your point of aim. Either will work; just don't be a chump and zero for 100 trusting some ballistic table to give you an answer that won't really apply to your rifle. That's a tyro's mistake.

Just hold about an inch hich on the vitals and you should do just fine. I've hunted with a Remmington Model 7400 243 for years and I've killed deer out to 300 yards with no problem, you should be fine.

Here is a very good link you can view for various calibers. Including the popular .243

sight it in at 250 yards. if you sight it in a 250 yards the bullet will not be higher or lower than three inches out to 300 yards. so if your range estimation is off you will still kill a big game animal(if you are aiming at the vitals. if you sight it in at 250 yards it will be2 1/2-3 inches high.

In general (average) , depends on the exact round you are shooting:

should be "0" at 200
100 - +1.5
200 - 0
300 - -7.5
400 - -22

OR, if you zero at 100 , about 1.5 drop @ 200
