Every evening, from Sunday to Friday, I do the abs section of the Jordan Workout DVD (lasts for 10 mins), the Last minute Abs, Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T (which lasts for 5 mins) and 100 sit-ups and 40 of those things where you lie flat on your back, and then slowly lift your knees and upper body, keeping your feet flat.
Instead of doing those, how many sit-ups should I do?
Also, every Saturday I do the full Jordan Workout. Is that better than swimming?
How long would I need to swim for to make up for it?
General tips on loosing stomach flab would be good.

All the exercise in the world won't help you lose weight.
It all starts with proper diet and eating moderately.
There is no magic formula.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Technically speaking it's simple to loose weight. You need to eat fewer calories than you use. You can loose up to a pound of weight a week if you reduce your total calorie usage by 1/3.

Spinning is an excellent cardio-vascular exercise that can help you shed lb's quickly.

If you want to diet.. the best diet I have found is the New Mayo Clinic Diet "http://www.idiet4u.com/diets/mayoclinic.html". You drop weight quickly. Another thing you need to do is CARDIO. Doing a combination of cardio then abs will help you drop the weight.
