Brie! Once my neighbour wrapped a full brie in tinfoil and put it in the oven. When she brought it out a while later she cut open the skin and the cheese had all melted. MMMMM We all dove in with breadsticks and the like. Way too moreish though so only on special occassions.

I love STRONG Cheddar. Actually, I like most cheeses except bland, mild no-flavour ones.

In February, I'm going to New York and I'm going to bring back a few tins of Kraft 'Easy Cheese.' It's cheese IN AN AEROSOL!!!!!!

They do 3 types including Mature Cheddar. They've been making this since 1966 and we STILL can't buy it in the UK. What's the problem, Mr Kraft?

I can't wait to be able to spray strong Cheddar on to various food items. Respect the spray cheese!
