...the dinosaurs? They not only believe it, they are so delusional that they think they can actually show evidence of it. It is incredible that religion shamelessly, and proudly, perpetuates such ignorance.

First of all Humans did not live alnog side dinosaurs. If they had, it would have been mentioned in the bible (DUH). Dinosaurs obviously lived long before the creation for man. If you can find a Bible on your block anywhere, please note in Genesis 1:2 it says that the Earth was formless and empty, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.) There was an Earth already. He created it and at this time it was formless and empty, and water did exist. You have to realize that prior to that something else had taken place and now God was preparing the Earth for a new purpose, the creation of new inhabitants (man, and the animals of today). This is where Genesis picks up, because anything before that time is irrelevant to humans of this Earth today. Yes we know that Dinosaurs once existed. We have proof through fossils. According to science that was millions of years ago. The Earth is aged at about 4.5-4.6 billion years old, but only God it's creator really knows. So dinosaurs lived before we did. Even science only dates modern man at about 40-55 thousand years old. Which puts a great time devide between humans and dinosaurs. The book of Genesis was written around 1440 B. C. . without a mention of them. Clearly dinosaurs roamed the Earth first and thus no longer existed when God decided to use the Earth for an obvious better purpose, mankind.

Well, I first must thank you for calling my delusional and ignorant, two tearms of affection I do enjoy, and then I must ask you a question or a few.
Were you (you personally) there? Do you own a time machine, that you used, to go back in time and check, for yourself, to be sure that we didn't live with dinosaurs?
Have you very personaly looked at all the sites with dino bones and humab bones together? (or human artifacts in the levels where dino's are found.)
Have you been everywhere, and seen everything, so that you know for a fact, everything?
If you have, I would be excited to hear about your travels.

And actually, I can show evidence of it, and I am not afraid of science.
I am afraid for people like you, it saddens me, that you have to rant about how stupid or ignorant, I and people like me, are, America is supposedly the land of the free, where other veiw points are supported. But, obviously that's a lie.
The internet is a place to research things and talk with people, but it's not a place to be disrespectful, even if you would say such a thing to my face, I'm sure your mother taught you better than to speak that way.

I may be wrong, but I am not ignorant.
And I am proud.

Is there any ignorance that can compare to anyone that believes that they can look through a historical looking glass and determine that they know exactly how things happened? The fact of the matter is we did not live in any of those times and we do not know what happened. All of the information that we have about dinosaurs are purely conjecture. We do not know for a fact anything about the types of lives they lived, we can only guess based on the evidence that was left behind. It is wrong for any of us to assume that we know how things were in a time that we did not exist in. We are all merely putting in our best guess based on what we believe in most!

It's sad, really. ..

"explain the volcanic ash with human and dragon /dinosaur bones?"

Um, can you give me a peer-reviewed, accepted reference for this? Or does your source come from a creation science journal, which admittedly has an agenda into which it's trying to force the data?

Fossils are found on every strata of the earths deposition. Human fossils are found on strata less than 1 million years old. Dinsaur fossils simply don't appear on strata less than 65 million years old.

Nothing can even come close in comparison. How could they logically think that it was even possible?

Frankly, I think it's hilarious. They're just trying to make science, history, and anthropology fit into their Bible. Why can't they just accept the fact that it doesn't and that the earth is literally trillions of years old?

Sure...there's all kinds of ignorance!
First thing that comes to mind is the ignorance that it is every man for himself.
Also how some choose to be ignorant rather than facing a problem they might be able to help solve!
Oh yeah, there are a gazillion types of ignorance.....

I loved those photos from the Kentucky Creation Museum. Especially the one with Eve in that lovely frock next to the velociraptor. Someone put up a funny blog when it opened.

Somehow a word like 'ignorance' fails to capture the almighty, cosmic madness of it.

No, I don't believe there's anything to match it on Earth.
