Ok, it does NOT boost your energy, it was made for hydrate you because you lose alot of water in your sweat. it is basically, water, salt and some potassium. and flavoring. Thats why when your not doing physical activities and u drink it, you can taste the salt but when your dehydrated you can't taste it.

Nope, its a blend of different chemicals that help enhance performance, but not by much. Read the ingredients, its has all sorts of stuff in it.
