There is actually a ton of evidence for a cataclysmic world event, specifically a flood. The decendents came afterward, so that isn't an issue. Races and species are a non issue as well, as changes within a race or species is not a problem. We're still creating new breeds of dogs today. Human genes are more adaptive than most people think. One of noah's sons' names means dark one. It should be obvious that human genes are getting more and more 'diluted.' There have always been changes within species. There are pretty good studies on the subject, you don't have to check your brain out of gear. I'm just trying to give you some basics. There is actually a lot of geological evidence to support a giant flood.

FICTION. The bible is a historical novel, not everything in it is true! In the bible it states the ark was 300x50x30 cubits...this is roughly 450x75x45 ft or 56,250 cuft. Most cruise ships aren't even that big. So if you really think you could fit 2 of every species along with food supplies on a boat that size you need to have you head examined. Plus does anyone find it strange that Noah somehow was 600 years old and built this thing himself. ITS A STORY PEOPLE, IT DIDNT HAPPEN!!!!!!!! The intent of the bible is to ingrain morals and values that are improtant to a civilized society it's not a history book.

I believe that the story is true about Noah's Ark. I also feel that there are many "lessons" to be learned from Noah's adventure. He was blessed and his family received those blessings as well. This is a good thing. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, event the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

If by "fact" do you mean a story supported by facts, then no it's not factual.
Contrary to the common opinion among the deluded there has not been one single piece of evidence supporting the idea of the Noah story. The people who disagree are the same people who think the Grand Canyon was formed by the Great Flood. Cuckoo!

Fiction. A deluge of that magnitude would kill everything on Earth, and we wouldn't have any land left. Noah would've been boiled from the energy released from the downpour.

Total fiction & not even original fiction. There have been many similar myths in India, Egypt, Babylon, Sumer and other places.
