I've heard some wonderful teaching that follows the symbolism of the furniture in the original temple.

You should check it out, or email me, and i can find you some good resources to study it. I love the teaching, and i have found it very effective.

God always hears every heart especially the sincere compassionate heart, God opens the door when your heart does the right thing at the right time, especially when you put yourself on the line sacrificing in the name of truth. When you please God the door is wide open, God would let you know that you have pleased him, He will come to you in some way and let you know ~!~

Itchy spoke the truth. I often call on that scripture when I feel unworthy to pray to such a Holy God.

If you mean prayer then it is simple, just talk to Him. He is listening. the book of Hebrews says that we can enter boldly into the "throne room" and talk to God.

Revelations 19
4And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
5And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Honor the sayings of his prophets in heaven to serve him completely and holy. Because it was mentioned that the first law was to Love God (body, spirit and soul) and to love thy neighbor to the remission of sin. Stay fervent in prayer, lacking none in desire, and die in your excuses for sin. All of the rest will be taken from you as the perfeection of the soul has already been reached in gifts and ministry.

I wouldn't recommend just barging in when God's on the throne. At least knock first, give the guy a chance to flush.
