the Swiss stuff, its the best, I warm up milk in a sauce pan and then pour it into a cup and mix the swiss mix into it. Its SOO good, but I'm lactose so it kinda sucks afterwards but SO worth it.

If you really want sinfully delicious hot chocolate try this:
Buy some light cream.....how much depends on how much you are making.
Buy some good chocolate.....I prefer a darker chocolate.....but go with your fav.
Slowly warm the cream on the stove...meanwhile chop the chocolate into small pieces, when the cream reaches a simmer add the chocolate and stir until it melts. Pour and enjoy.
Now comes the fun part....get creative. Try adding a bit of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla, top it with some whip cream. if you like spicy stuff try adding a dash of chipoltle powder (trust me it works). Mix the chocolate up, half milk,half white.

I heat up milk (or half and half), add some cocoa (I think about a tablespoon or two), some sugar until it's sweet enough, then I add a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a tiny bit of vanilla. VERY good.

1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot cocoa mix
2 tbsp Hershey's Dolce Latte Syrup
1 tbsp coffee creamer (your choice)
fresh hot coffee (your choice)
extra creamy whip cream
pinch of ground cinnamon
10-12 oz coffee mug
mix all ingrediants in coffee mug, except for last two. Top the warm drink off with whip cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
This is so delicious! It's my best experiment yet! ENJOY

ok well i buy the mix packets first--nestle is the best!
and then i pour the mix in a mug.
then you heat up some water, microwave for 1 minute or so, or on the stove.
then you pour the water in the mug, enough to fill it to the top.
stir it up all together......
drop a few mini marshmallows in...
and ENJOY!!!

Instant - heat water in tea pot, put cocoa in bottom of cup, two spoons of whipped cream in bottom of cup, pour hot water. stir and top with one more spoon whipped cream.
