No you can't download more RAM as RAM is hardware, not software.

You could look at over clocking your memory if your BIOS supports it but it wouldn't be done by software at the operating system level. If you lookup the manual for your motherboard you can read up on over clocking your memory timing.
Note: This will only marginally increase the speed performance of your memory, not the amount of physical memory installed on the system. Generally only the hard core gamer crowd will get into tweaking their system to squeeze every last bit of performance out of it. If you are seeing messages about running out of memory, consider purchasing more memory or as a temporary fix you can increase your virtual memory amount. Virtual memory is slower than physical memory though. Virtual memory uses your disk as memory and disk access is slower than RAM access.
