"Thou art the god who art greater than he who made thee, thou art the sovereign of those who were created with thee, thy throne is set, and the fear of thee is great; let thine Eye go against those who have uttered blasphemies against thee."

Do you know who's eye is on the back of your dollar bill, sitting atop that pyramid?

The quote is talking about Ra. The all seeing eye is used by Freemasons and has been used by Christians by placing the eye within a triangle to symbolize the Trinity. The Eye of Ra or the Eye of Horus is much older than the Christian adapted usage. Christian usage calls it the Eye of Providence.

The eye in the triangle is the all-seeing eye of providence.

The eye refers to the God of Horace or the "sun god"

What makes the story interesting is that the eye and pyramid have links to Freemasonry. The eye, for example, is said to be a symbol of the Great Architect of the Universe, i.e., God. The symbolic significance of the pyramid and the eye were well known to educated folk of the 18th century, and one may argue that the Masons and the designers of the seal were merely drawing on a common fund of symbolic meaning. But what if . . . one pauses pregnantly . . . there's more to it?

Due to incomplete records, nobody knows exactly how many of the founding fathers were Masons. But there were quite a few, including George Washington, Ben Franklin, and possibly Thomas Jefferson. Franklin and Jefferson were on the committee assigned to design the great seal. This group produced a design calling for, among other things, an all-seeing eye. While the eye was cool, the design otherwise was pretty feeble, and the job wound up getting dumped on the secretary of the Congress, Charles Thomson. Thomson enlisted the aid of Philadelphian William Barton. The two cooked up the scheme we have today, incorporating the all-seeing eye plus a pyramid, because everybody liked the idea of Egyptian symbolism.

It is a clue to where we get the idea of the trinity.

It all ties together. It points the way to understand the marriage of Jesus' teachings and a way to make christian rule acceptable to pagans.

It changes the God Yahweh to the trinity God.

It separates Judaism and Christianity.

It shows how eqyptian religion heavily influenced early christianity.

It shows a great deal of things. To me the answer is obvious.

Christians forget who their God is. The God of Jesus was supposed to be Yahweh. The same God that a Christian should worship.

There's no doubt whatsoever what god was meant when that was put on money. The original letter in 1861 pleading for it to be put there talk specifically of a Christian god.

And yes every 6 year old knows the conspiracy theory about the eye. But it is equally mundane and religious.

The only God that we should put our trust in is the inner light that we all know as the higher self. This inner soul is the eternal and divine witness for countless thousands of years and will be until we all become Masters of Wisdom and make the atonement with God who is the light that follows us from life after life and on into eternal self awareness.

You seem to have three questions here. I will go for the first one.

I trust the God who wrote the Bible, the Creator. He has a name, not just a title, "God". According to the King James Version at Psalms 83:18, it is Jehovah.

Jehovah is then the God I trust for all the things He has done and is.
