Master league mode in PS3 version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008?

Question

I have seen a screeshot where a player was being interviewed ( http://uk.media.ps3.ign.com/media/775/775498/img_4632250.html ) and another was signing autographs ( http://uk.media.ps3.ign.com/media/775/775498/img_4832127.html ) : do the players actually talk/ does some kind of text appear? are these just pictires or a the actual videos in the master league? theses were the picture that intrigued me the most ( a bit of info on them would be welcome). I think i might have also seen a screenshot where what looked to be a manager character was being edited, is there a manger on the sidelines? can you import a face onto that manager? is it true you can edit you stadium (i.e build it, modify shape, etc...)? thanks

Dissapointingly, they're just still pics on the menu screen with a little note like 'scholes talks about the new season' next to them.
You see the bench when you pause the match, but you can't edit the manager.
And, sorry, but no, you can't edit the stadiums either.
