I just got a Mueller APV scope against my better judgement for my "toy" gun, a Sav .17hmr. So far I am REALLY impressed with it. For the price, the features were hard to beat. I wasn't expecting this kind of quality from what I think is a Chinese company. I bought this based on recommendations at rimfire central and so far I really like it a lot but it's only been two weeks so the jurys still out. Anyone have any experiences with this manufacturer? I am mostly concerned with longevity and long term quality. It does come with a lifetime warranty, but that doesn't mean anything if the company goes out of business.

The owner of the company tried to trick us on a gun board by posing as a regular joe. He said all these wonderous things about his scopes. He got banned for being underhanded.

If he had said, here is one for a give away, let me know what think. That would have been fine. Or least a guy buy one at cost to try it out for a test, but no. The jury is out. It might be good it might be crap.

They are actually german, and the only experience I have is one I have used on a 30-06 Rem. It was the one with the green dot in the crosshairs. For hunting first thing in the morning and just before the end of legal shooting time it is totally awesome.
