how do Venus flytraps reproduce? do they pollinate bite each other what?

Only the leaves have traps. The flowers are on a stem about a foot tall, or at least the ones I have are. They're pollinated by insects the same as a lot of other flowers, but they can also reproduce from side growths of the stem where one plant splits into two.
