"si, ti manco" means "yes, you miss me".
But i think you wanted to say "yes, I miss you", that in italian is "sì, mi manchi".

"SÃ¬, ti manco" is in English "Yes, you miss me".

Correct spelling in Italian is SÃ¬ (with accent on Ã¬) and manco (not mancho).

The rest of your phrasing should be
Avete voluto dire che gli / le mancate ?
( did you mean that you're missing him / her ?)
