Purtroppo non funziona bene, non riconosce sim ed ora si é bloccato.

Unfortunately it doesn't work properly, it doesn't identify (recognize) the sim (it's the mobile's card) and now it has jammed (blocked).

I guess it's referred to a problem with the card of a cell phone.
The sim is in Italian the mobile's card supplied by the Company's phone provider (Vodafone, Wind, Tim, etc.)
