Yes, the Devil, Satan is the head fallen angel. He use to be G_Ds number 2 man. But got jealous of G_D and all those that worshiped him. Lucifer (devil) wanted to be worshiped instead. So he gathered 1/3rd the angels that would follow him instead of G_D.
These other angels that fell with Lucifer is who does all the wickedness to us. They roam earth non stop doing stuff to us that we don't realize.

A mixup of many different characters in the Bible. There is no evidence from the text itself that the snake=satan=lucifer=the great dragon. This identification has gradually developed in the history of Christianity. And the whole fallen angel thing is mostly Milton's creation.

satan was an angel (not Human Being!) who Rebelled (angels have a Limited FreeWill) and was Kicked outta' The Kingdom of GOD.
with 1/3 of the Rest of the angels.
See, Angels cannot Chose their Own Words to Speak.
Angels are Servants of the Lord Most High (Jesus, GOD Almighty).
satan did this Thing (choose his own words) and got Kicked Outta' Heaven for it.
