According to the bible, one of god's personalities spit off and became god of the underworld, and he is supposed to be more sadistic than god.. Satan, lucifer etc...

In response to Dummies response, Lucifer was NOT an entity of God, he was an angel, and the most beautiful of them at that. He thought he could run heaven better than god, so he got an army together and tried to overthrow him

In your mind He is, but in truth, He is not.
