I have some kind of clarvoyence gift; I'm not really sure what kind of gift it is though. Well anyways; I have visions, I see arua colors when I look into my 3rd eye, I have premonitions, I have a sense of feeling when something is about to happen bad or good to someone, I get the sense of deja-vu to certain things, my gift is becoming stronger when I mediatate, I can see my future happen right before my eyes; when I close them. I don't dream my visions; I have them when I close my eyes. I believe that this gift is from God because I've asked him to send me a sign and he did. I know I have some kind of psychic ability; I just don't understand what kind. Are there different types of psychic abilities out there? The reason why I'm asking this question is because I'm still understanding my gift and how to make it stronger through meditation. I need someone's help on this and possibly some advice on what I need to do to understand my gift and give it a name.

Primoa1970 no offense, I'm not dabbling into anything...I've never tried anything evil in my life...This is a gift from God...When God gives you a gift...It's a way for him to use you or communicate with you...Btw, I'm a Christian also...

You have a God given gift. Develop it and use it well.

I am not a Christian but I respect the path.
People will try to kill your gift by showing you scripture that prohibits it, but such scriptures come from the use of the gift itself. Not only that, but Chrstians actually follow wisdom in divined verses which come *after* verses that apparently prohibit divination. Does this mean the Bible is contradicting itself? No, it means people take things out of context.
Why do they do this? Because unless you understand enough about divination, it is a fearful thing. How does one know the message comes from God or not? The Bible has the answer. If a prophecy comes true, then it is from God. This did not change in the New Testament either. Jesus said to judge a tree by its fruit.
Now that you know how divination feels, you can relate to the experiences of so many people reported in the bible. You can more easily discern which verses speak of history or vision.
Embrace your gift. Let your light shine for Good, but expect to be persecuted for it, even by your brothers and sisters in Christ. Do not judge them, for they do what they do because they can't see what you see.
Edit: For the pendant, go into the wilderness and find what you need. Your gift will guide you.

I had similar experiences when I was young. I outgrew them. I'm not sure what to think about them. These things I do know. Psychics have spirit guilds, and biblical scripture warns us adamantly against such things. On the other hand, We only use a small % of our mind power and in that we don't use, lies abilities we don't understand and I know from experience that the veil is thin between the two. Just be careful what you do. Using telismans and such are evil. If what you have is a gift from God, Depend upon Him alone to guild you in it's purpose.

You are mixing things that should not be mixed.
If you are interested in Christianity and what gifts God has for you, you won't find them in New Age religion. You will find them in the Word of God, the Bible.
A true gift from God is given when a person makes a decision to be a follower of Christ. Spiritual Gifts are given for the purpose of serving God.
Things like psychic ability, clairvoyance, 3rd eye etc... are not from God, these things are from the spiritual realm that the Bible calls demonic.
If you want to talk more about this email me. In the meantime read and study the Bible for God's word on the things you are talking about.

I agree that your are specially gifted of God. But then, you need to understand it.
You can get writings on the 'prophetic' through http://www.elijahlist.com & http://www.kimclemnt.com
Kim Clement was gifted as a child, but nearly lost his life from a knife wound in his rebellious years. But when he called on Jesus in that street dying, a person heard him & Kim recovered. But he turned to faith in Christ & gave up everything then to follow Christ. And he has an interesting book about this.
You are gifted 'prophetically'. But the devil will try to deceive you & steal your gift & use you for his destructive purposes. Write me if you have any question about the prophetic. As I see visions, have dreams also. Many people do today.
Meditate on Gods Word & don't stear to any witches pendulant. That is rebelling against Gods Word & is a trap of the devil.
I also agree with other Christian answers to your questin on warning that there is the devil copy cat. So? Don't be offended by their answers. Personally, I believe God gifts you, but you need to renew your mind in Gods Word with the Spirit of Truth to lead you into all truth. The Holy Spirit teaches us comparing spiritual with spiritual. You need the gift spiritual discernment. And also confirmation of things you receive & understanding of the meaning, from others in faith.

I've got to agree with Primo on this one. The Scriptures are crystal clear on this point: unless your "gift" glorifies God, it is simply not from Him. Read the book of Acts; there are several people there who have "gifts" similar to yours and they did not receive them from God.

Scripture clearly tells us to steer clear of these things.
If you want my view on this (I am a Christian).....you are dabbling in the demonic realm.
God would not grant a gift like this to anyone........God gives good gifts that edify the body of Christ
