I'm a quite and shy person, how can i come out of my shell and have a more bubbly personality??

not sure if this helps in your comments but i am a 23 year old women

i do actually get a lot of attention because im a model (not page 3 or anything- strictly no nude stuff) and i do enjoy it the attention,
but i cant function in groups of more than 1 other people.
if theres more than 1 person i tend to shut down and people think im mute... its really irritating because my body just wont seem to make me speak.

i dont care what they think
i think i was shy cause i didnt want to say something wrong
or just be spotted out
but its fun to have attention believe me

If you are naturally quiet, you aren't going to turn into the life and soul of the party immediately are you. I suggest you start a conversation with someone who doesn't look too intimidating. (An older woman for instance.) A simple 'hallo' would do the trick and then learn to listen to what the person says to you and make suitable noises and little replies. If you get a bit shy, ask a question related to what the person's talking about and then, if you can add something to the conversation, do so. Don't try and become a talking head overnight. Be proud that you are a quiet person - but become a good listener. You'd be surprised at how that can gradually bring you out of your shell as you will attract talkers and they, in turn, will get you going without you really noticing.

Its not whats on the outside - its the inside - and sum guys defo prefer the shy type of girl!!

if you do wanna come out of your shell, maybe give some performing arts, such as acting or dancing lessons a go - that really helps

since ur a model thn i believe u hv lots of ppl around u watching u.ur not shy in front of the camera but towards crowds and tht is quite funy cus i knw models tend to b very sociable n can present themself very well with crowds.i suggest u try to be more open in sense of making the first move to say hello n involve in small chats around to build ur confident.don close urself up as u must be attractive since u gt alot of attention so stop thking tht ur shy n start chatting around.speak up n u will b successful one day.

I'm 23 and have been shy forever! Just remember, you are a good person and you have something worthy to say! If that fails, I find a stiff drink helps

Its very hard to be something your not. You can be more open though. Just try to join conversation. When you do that and see them on the next day dont try to avoid them come up to them and say hello with a smile. Another thing (which is hard) is try not to worry to try to impress them. It will make only things worst! Dont worry what they think be yourslef and relax and just enjoy who you are.
