Reaching the state of spiritual maturity equates to living in the will of God by being "on the same page" - one with God - in any given life situation. Spiritual maturity means to me having attained a level of maturity (not physical) that is reflective of a human being emanating godlike values (Jesus was spiritually mature, Ghandi, etc.)
It doesn't mean we are baby gods, but to me it means we are striving to be like God in our realm of life. Striving to become perfect as who we are and meant to be as God is perfect in his realm. The basis for becoming spiritually mature is the ideal goal to become perfected as God intended us to in our lives. To me literal and actual spiritual maturity will be attained when we actually survive death, go on through the intervening levels and finally become perfect spirit beings who can live for eternity.

The willingness in everything to
deny myself
take up my cross
and follow Him
I have seen some young people far more mature in their walk with Jesus than adults I know. This is due to diligent Bible study.
Spiritual Maturity means knowing the right thing to do and doing it. It means taking time out of every day to be in the Word and apply in one's life.

Spiritual maturity to means that I am comfortable with my beliefs and am no longer looking for answers that I sought. It also means having the maturity to respect other's beliefs and not pushing mine on them.
Although sometimes I antagonize people, but that's all in good fun. :o>
