I would believe so. It appears that a continuous exposure to the same irritants may cause cancer.

No more than anyone else.
Wear appropriate gloves and shoes, and try not to spill diesel fuel on you.
It is estimated that 1 of 3 people will develop cancer int heir lifetime.
You are at risk ,but we all are.
