The percentage question is easy: She hasn't been getting as many best answers recently as she used to.
On the best answer count, there are many possible explanations. I thought about this for a little bit, and decided the most likely explanation is that when the software is refreshing the statistics, it may have a built-in timeout so that it won't bog down the system searching through her history. If the system is slow, the timeout is reached and it just goes with whatever count it had at that moment.
There are many other possible explanations. The "4861" on her profile page might be a running tally, while the "3882" at the top of the R&S page could be a continuously updated number that gets knocked down because of deleted questions.
The possibilities are endless; but whatever the answer is, I'm sure it's just a technical glitch.

They're playing the "best answer game". YA is so easy to manipulate that it's all meaningless. Just last week I had 4% best answers now I have 9% just to demonstrate to someone how easy it is to manipulate it. The best thing Yahoo could do is get rid of the stars, points, levels and even voting.
And guess what it just hit 10% which is what I told my friend I could bring it up to in just a week. Got to send her an email.
I can guarantee 100% that everyone with significantly more than 5 or 6 % best answers is cheating.

"tamyp needs to open up a bit - you can't see any of his stats or contact him, her, it--And how does having more than 10% best answers cheating???"
Well first no one is going to admit they're cheating or even admit they know how it works.
Second you don't need to see my stats nor do I want any goobers here contacting me. If someone has something to say to me there's no need to go to email say it here.

"Edit -Afraid of something? Or do you have a problem with sharing?"
Take your pick. I couldn't care less which you choose. If it doesn't apply to you then why are you so concerned? Sounds like you're the one worried.

Yahoo is the same company that handed over one of its customers to be tortured by the Chinese government.

Yeah...I've been hanging out here for about a year. I don't believe it is a real person. There are a lot of odd things about that account.
