because God answered the GA Governor's prayer for rain? I hope not.
And please, withhold your criticisms like "well, He could have made it rain more than it did." I'm convinced that, if Atlanta's Coke bottling facility didn't hog all of GA's water, ya'll would have plenty in your reservoir.

Bettie, all you have to do is put some badonkadonk into it. Believe me -- if you do that, NO ONE notices whether you can dance or not.

Great Gazoo, sometimes ANY answer is better than none at all.
Now tell me how you typed your user name upside down. It's killing me.

I'm doing a victory dance. Can you see?
The song "Rainy Night in Geogia" is playing in my head.
Of course every one knows that song. Do you also know this one...
Artist : Trisha Yearwood
Title : Georgia Rain
"The Georgia rain
On the Jasper County clay
Couldn't wash away
The way I loved you to this day
The ol' dirt road's paved over now
Nothin' here's the same
Except for the Georgia rain"

Yep, you have definitely missed the victory dance ... but to tell you the truth, I made it rain, not the Governor.
As for the reservoir, there are more secret things afoot .... people should never believe what they hear on TV, you should know it is always a half-truth ...

Maybe if they had done a rain dance too they'd have enough water to also open a Pepsi bottling facility by now.
