Do you remember being told from the Bible why God allows suffering?
Here's a brief review. Satan accused God of not being a good ruler, and raised the idea that maybe humans would be better off without God's rulership.
For it to be proved FOR ALL TIME that God's rule is the best, he has let mankind rule themselves. Man has tried all forms of government, now the in-thing is democracy, but we have seen that no form of self-rule by man can solve our problems.
After God sees that enough time has passed, he will take action. After the 1000 years, Satan will be loosed to test humans again. All those who decide to join Satan like Adam and Eve did will die, just as Satan and his demons will die too.
Then after that, if anyone raises the question of God's Sovereignty ever again, there will be the past record to refer to, mankind will not need to go through all this again.
It is like how in court lawyers refer to past cases from the Supreme Court for example in settling a matter. They do not have to go through their lawbooks all over again, they have a past ruling to base a current ruling on. It's called a precedent or something like that.
So if anyone ever disobeys Jehovah again, they themselves will die.
Isaiah 65:20 -“No more will there come to be a suckling a few days old from that place, neither an old man that does not fulfill his days; for one will die as a mere boy, although a hundred years of age; and as for the sinner, although a hundred years of age he will have evil called down upon him
Note, "one will die as a mere boy, although a hundred years of age", since people will not suffer the ravages of old age, someone aged 100 will still be a mere boy, but should he disobey God and sin, he will die.
Was that brief enough? :-)

No, the "cycle" cannot repeat.
That is the entire reason that humankind has suffered for thousands of years... to help establish a precedent that can forever apply to any future rebellion. Jehovah is the best and only Universal Sovereign, and any rule independent of His will certainly fail.
The questioner mentions that he is a current bible student of Jehovah's Witnesses; they typically use the publication "What Does the Bible Really Teach?" for such personal bible courses. Consider what that publication says on pages 109-111.
[quote]
. When Satan led Adam and Eve into disobeying Jehovah, an important question was raised. Satan did not call into question Jehovah’s power. Even Satan knows that there is no limit to Jehovah’s power. Rather, Satan questioned Jehovah’s right to rule. By calling God a liar who withholds good from his subjects, Satan charged that Jehovah is a bad ruler. (Genesis 3:2-5) Satan implied that mankind would be better off without God’s rulership. This was an attack on Jehovah’s sovereignty, his right to rule.
. Adam and Eve rebelled against Jehovah. In effect, they said: “We do not need Jehovah as our Ruler. We can decide for ourselves what is right and what is wrong.” How could Jehovah settle that issue? How could he teach all intelligent creatures that the rebels were wrong and that his way truly is best? Someone might say that God should simply have destroyed the rebels and made a fresh start. But Jehovah had stated his purpose to fill the earth with the offspring of Adam and Eve, and he wanted them to live in an earthly paradise. (Genesis 1:28) Jehovah always fulfills his purposes. (Isaiah 55:10, 11) Besides that, getting rid of the rebels in Eden would not have answered the question that had been raised regarding Jehovah’s right to rule.
. Let us consider an illustration. Imagine that a teacher is telling his students how to solve a difficult problem. A clever but rebellious student claims that the teacher’s way of solving the problem is wrong. Implying that the teacher is not capable, this rebel insists that he knows a much better way to solve the problem. Some students think that he is right, and they also become rebellious. What should the teacher do? If he throws the rebels out of the class, what will be the effect on the other students? Will they not believe that their fellow student and those who joined him are right? All the other students in the class might lose respect for the teacher, thinking that he is afraid of being proved wrong. But suppose that the teacher allows the rebel to show the class how he would solve the problem.
. Jehovah has done something similar to what the teacher does. Remember that the rebels in Eden were not the only ones involved. Millions of angels were watching. (Job 38:7; Daniel 7:10) How Jehovah handled the rebellion would greatly affect all those angels and eventually all intelligent creation. So, what has Jehovah done? He has allowed Satan to show how he would rule mankind. God has also allowed humans to govern themselves under Satan’s guidance.
. The teacher in our illustration knows that the rebel and the students on his side are wrong. But he also knows that allowing them the opportunity to try to prove their point will benefit the whole class. When the rebels fail, all honest students will see that the teacher is the only one qualified to lead the class. They will understand why the teacher thereafter removes any rebels from the class. Similarly, Jehovah knows that all honesthearted humans and angels will benefit from seeing that Satan and his fellow rebels have failed and that humans cannot govern themselves. Like Jeremiah of old, they will learn this vital truth: “I well know, O Jehovah, that to earthling man his way does not belong. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step.”—Jeremiah 10:23.

I am very pleased to hear it. Please continue drawing close to Jehovah. Prayerfully study the Bible and it will answer your questions.
Many people especially on this forum, will try to persuade you otherwise. But the facts speak for themselves. The Bible we use is translated from the original languages and therefore nothing is added or taken from it. Scrolls that have been discovered in recent years confirm this.
There are those who say that the 144000 are taken from the 12 tribes of fleshly Isreal. Revelation 7:4-8 divides the 144,000 members of spiritual Israel into 12 ‘tribes’ of 12,000 each. The list differs slightly from the lists of Jacob’s sons (including Levi) who were the tribal heads of natural Israel. (Ge 49:28) The following may be the reason for the difference:
Jacob’s firstborn son Reuben lost his right as firstborn by his misconduct. (Ge 49:3, 4; 1Ch 5:1, 2) Joseph (the firstborn son of Jacob through his second, but favorite, wife Rachel) gained the privileges of firstborn son, including the right to have two parts, or portions, in Israel. (Ge 48:21, 22) In the Revelation list “Joseph” evidently stands for Ephraim. And Manasseh represents Joseph’s second portion in spiritual Israel. The tribe of Levi is listed; to make room for Levi without increasing the number of tribes, no tribe of Dan is included in Revelation 7:4-8, but apparently not because of any unsuitability on Dan’s part. The inclusion of Levi would also serve to show that there is no special priestly tribe in spiritual Israel, the entire spiritual nation being “a royal priesthood.”—1Pe 2:9. .
At the end of the 1000 year reign of Christ, he will hand back authority to his Father. Satan will be released as human kind will be in the same condition as Adam. However this time he will not succeed. Mankind will be tested and any that do fail this test will be destroyed along with Satan. Jehovah will not allow a repeat.
May you continue to grow in wisdom and understanding as you learn from the Great Teacher.

Simply because Satan and any who follow him will be destroyed at that point. So not only is he gone forever, but so are his ways and attitudes. So all those who were tested and made their decision to side with Jehovah's, did so as perfect humans, so it would be unlikely that that would later fall away. Remember Jehovah can read hearts.
Rev. 20: 9 &10 "...but fire came down from heaven and destroyed them. And the Devil who was misleading them was hurled into the lake of fire and sulfphur."
You may want to do an indepth study of this with the one studying with you to better understand it. It's encouraging to know that you have found the truth and are accepting it. Keep up the good work.

Your question is understandable. But such as Uncle Thesis, TeeM and Achtung have answered quite nicely. The precedent is now being set. It is certainly possible for there to be a rebellion again inasmuch as there will always be free will. But there will be no need to allow it to play out. Since the precedent is set, since God's name is forever glorified and sanctified; and since his universal sovereignty is vindicated (also our own integrity), there is no reason to allow any future rebellion to play out. That is the key. It will be nipped in the bud, as the saying goes. Any rebel will be dealt with summarily. On the spot. As in dead.
So you need have no fear. It is just as Jehovah has promised. Never again will anyone be allowed to disturb the peace of Jehovah's people.

That is very doubtful. After a 1,000 years to grow back to perfection, remembering what we lived with right now, and after Satan is released for a short time that would be doubtful. After that short time, Satan knows he will be killed off as he deserves.
Because of Jehovah's wise actions of allowing time for Satan and human rulership to be settled, there will not be any worries from angels turning or from humans wanting anyone but Jehovah to be in charge. We have all experienced the total misery of trying to rule ourselves and the pain of Satan.
We have also experienced the pleasure of Jehovah by then.
Humans only change their actions for pain or pleasure. How much of pleasure will a thing bring or how much pain will be caused if we don't change. The pleasure of Jehovah's organization would be tough to toss away.

Short and to the point:
After the 1000 years, Satan will be destroyed along with everyone who has fallen. Thee will be thrown into the lake of fire called Gehenna, which is the 2nd death, from which there is no resurrection.
So rest assured everything will be perfect and the way Jehovah intended.

My brethren in the faith have already given you many wonderful explanations... I just wanted to encourage you to continue your study and drawing even closer to Jehovah.
I also wanted to warn you, as a few others have as well.
There are a few apostates and opposers here, so please take care when reading what others Ask and Answer.
