Innocence -

1. the quality or state of being innocent; freedom from sin or moral wrong.
2. freedom from legal or specific wrong; guiltlessness: The prisoner proved his innocence.
3. simplicity; absence of guile or cunning; naiveté.
4. lack of knowledge or understanding.
5. harmlessness; innocuousness.
6. chastity.

Answers -

1) I don't believe in the notion of "sin." I do accept the principal of "cause and effect." Therefore I have yet to loose this aspect of my being.

2) I've never been charged with any crime. Haven't lost this either.

3) At the age of 7, I saw the negative result of my guile and cunning. I lost my naiveté at that age.

4) I would have to say that by the time I was 2, knowledge and understanding of my world began to grow. Innocence no longer was a part of me due to an abusive/violent mother.

5) I went from doing harm (either consciously or unconsciously) in my childhood and teens to "choosing" to do no harm in adulthood. In this area, I've therefore regained my innocence.

6) 15.

I lost my innocence when I saw my grandfather physically and emotionally abuse my grandmother. This happened at a very young age, as long ago as I can remember.

I'm still as innocent as Debra Winger in that movie where she can't tell anything but the truth--what was that called?

I was about 6 years old. I cursed at a stupid boy in the playground and his mom yelled at me "Jesus wouldn't want you to say that!"
It was the first time I remembered hearing that name. It stuck in my heart like a knife and from that moment on I was completely aware of my nature.

A month before my 13th birthday, on the 4th of July, on my parents' pool table in the basement. The same song was playing on the radio when we started and when we finished...lol. (Well, when I finished.)

What are you talking about? You realize this is R&S?
I'm still puzzled by the vagueness of this question. Are you inviting quirky internet humor?
