great advice so far- thanks. I am also an avid spinner, yoga and weigh lifter, but even working out makes me hungry!! Crazy, I know!

if you are going to consume a lot of foods then they need to be low calorie and this means consuming mainly whole foods that need to be cooked from scratch.
