just as long as they aren't bothered by my laughing at them.

It's a little annoying when it comes to trying to convert me.
Imagine if every atheist you know had nothing much else to say to you other than why you're wrong and how you need to change to their way of thinking or else.
Praying is different. That just means they hope I'm doing well. Nothing wrong with that.

If they want to pray for me I will respond with a, "whatever", "why" or if I'm feeling ornery, "sure, and I'll sacrifice a goat for you next time". I find the entire idea of them praying for me a complete waste of time.
As for trying to convert me, I don't stand for that. I tell them politely that I'm not interested in what they have to say. If they persist then they're going to have a debate on their hands and I have a tendency to go for the jugular in those things.
The idea here is don't push your beliefs on me unless you're willing for me to do the same.

If they say there going to pray for me then the answer is no,trying to convert me can be a little bothersome but if I try to enter into a debate with them they back off because they soon realise they cannot offer a valid argument

When they try to pray for me, whatever, I don't care. But I don't like it when people try to convert me back to religion. I will debate it with them for as long as it takes for them to drop it (if I have the time)

I could care less if they want to pray for me, but trying to convert me is another story.

No. I think it's a little condescending, but I'm not bothered by it.
EDIT: If, on the other hand, they tried to convert my kids before my kids were of age where they could critically evaluate what they hear, then I'd have a problem with them.

I tend to regard people who say they'll pray for me as people who wish me well, and I'm always grateful for that sort of thing.
People who try to convert me soon tire and change the subject.

TO ALL ATHEISTS!!!!
An Athiest believes that there is no God, Right?
Well, If there really IS NO God, Why bother Believing that there isnt one? BUT . . . There IS a God and his name is Jesus Christ, and dont let people steriotype ALL christians. Because ur right, some people SAY their christians, but their not, their hippocrites (actors and liars). But some of us relly want to help you. Let us help you before its too late. If you have a "Potters House Christian Church near you", i deeply suggest that you visit. And if there is a "Heavens Gates and Hells Flames" production near you you should see that too!
God bless you. GOD< JESUS CHRIST IS THE ANSWER!!!

I'm a heathen, but it bothers me. I don't walk around trying to indoctrine people into the holy path of Asatru. I guess its because I'm too busy raising children, managing my household and keeping my marraige alive. Christians might not understand.

Pray - no. Convert - yes. Do you realize that when someone tries to convert you they are saying to you "You are obviously too stupid to figure this out for yourself. Let me think for you."
