God communicates with his devotees directly, there is no need for messengers. Every human being having faith in God, in that way a potential messenger. God does not require a via media to get connected to His devotee.

Yes and no. It depends. If you are really troubled and you have been praying, fasting, believing, reading scriptures and expecting an answer
( miracle), you will mentally get the answer. If you have something on your mind and heart and it just will not go away; you believe this a message from Him--you ask if He could send a sign that this truly is from Him--He may send a messenger(angel) to help you or someone (Satan's vessel) to block you or the answer could come as a dream. It all depends how He wants to reach/contact you.

When somebody prays to God, the prayer will manifest as lights. The brighter the light, the stronger the faith of the person and the fainter the light, the weaker the faith of that person. Prayers that are said in great faith shows as amazing beams of bright light and penetrates the heavens. Their prayers are given priority and instant answers. The angels are God's secretaries. They happily assist in receiving prayers.

God talks to people through the Holy Bible. He also uses certain people, circumstances, books and tv programs to communicate to people. When you happen to have a burning question in your mind but don't know the answer and you coincidentally heard a message from the tv or radio that "rings a bell" to you. It is probably God trying to answer you.

Remember GOD LOVES YOU.

NO....there are 3...GOD the Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost...yes he speaks!
But to those who can not hear, he does send messengers, but it's not required.

It depends on if his message is meant for one person, or a larger group of people or the whole world, I would suppose.
although couldn't he just sent it out personally to everyone at the same time? Of course he could, hmmmmm, Now you've got me thinking!

His wish is done...he may use it sometimes to carry the message or he writes sometimes by himself...so it is not 100% required...

Yes.
God, who long ago spoke on many occasions and in many ways to our forefathers by means of the prophets,  has at the end of these days spoken to us by means of a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the systems of things. ( Hebrews 1:1,2)
You welcome.
