need some healthy food that I can keep for a good 2 to 3 weeks that won't spoil! Try and think of some kind of breakfast too.. I'm starting a new job soon and i will have to get up early.. so I need to bring it with me in the car!!

Breakfast: What I do is make a big egg, spinach, mushroom and peppers mixture on Sunday night, in a pan then put into containers for the morning. I heat it up when I get to work. I sometimes make turkey sausage on sunday then pop in the microwave before I leave for work, its easy to eat and all protein.
I use to make little quiches and freeze them and take to work it worked really good. But now I just do this it doesn't keep as very long, but is very tasty.
Lunches I make canned chicken, a little mayo you can use light, dried cranberries, pecans, and sometime celery together the night before and have it with multi grain bread, or crackers. I also snack on almonds or peanuts. I do canned tuna also, mixed the night before with pickles and apples, a little mayo. It is really good.

Nuts of all kinds. Almonds are especially healthy.

Breakfast bars, cereral bars, granola bars....or find a recipe and bag up your own....
