If you have faith in your deities, will they cure you of any ailment without the intervention of humans, or do they have to work through humans and their capacity to heal is limited by the medical staff available?

If you read the Bible, you will find that nearly 1/4 of the 614 laws given in the Old Testament have to do with health, diet, sanitation, medicine, etc. That is because God expects people to do their part to take care of themselves first, before they come running to him. Just as he expects them to budget their money before they come running to him for a miracle, or to properly love their spouse before they come running to him for a miracle.
One of the main things God is doing in this life is teaching people how to have moral character, disciple themselves, live correctly, and take responsiblity for their actions. That brings them benefits in this life and prepares them for the next life That includes the area of health.
As a Christian, we have medical science available. You should be using the herbs, medicines, and processes he put in this world for our healing. Just like we should use the plants and animals in put in this world for food.
But when we reach a point where those things fail, we then have the option of going to God himself to provide a miracle. But that is only done when the other provisions he made for heal have been exhausted.

God does not have to work through doctors, but most of the time that's how He chooses to do it. Throughought the bible God works through people. The story of Moses is a classic example. I think the reason He does that is because in order to do good we have to first accept His grace. And accepting His grace is our choice. And as always, God wants us to freely choose to do His Will.

God does not NEED anyone or anything. He chooses to use us, and gives us the privilege of being instruments of His will.
God does have the power to cure, but He gave physicians their intelligence and insight and I choose to avail myself of them, praying for healing, through ANY means God may wish to use.
