The previous poster is right in that it was spelled wrong.
It is Scottish Gaelic and a little research on the internet can resolve this one. It is actually:
Comann Ceilteach Oilthigh Obar Dheathain.

Irish and Scottish Gaelic are reasonably close to each other. The differences are probably no greater than between Danish and Swedish or High and Low German.

are you sure that's spelt right? teach is house and obar is work, i can't understand the rest even though i'm Irish (Shame on me !!!!)
