no calories!!! Thats the best thing about water, it feels you up right before each meal and there are no calories going into your body, so by the time you start to eat your meal you will be eating a smaller portion becuase the water filled you up!

hahahaha water = 0 calories! no matter how much you drink of it.... and you have water weight but that goes away.
