I think so. He gave us the ability to laugh, which is obviously important if he made us that way. In the Bible (Psalms 2:4) It says that "the One enthroned in Heaven laughs;" (Psalms 37:13) says "but the Lord laughs at the wicked". Also in (Ecc. 3:4) it says "there's a time to weep and a time to laugh".) Remember we are made in His image too, and a part of him lives within us (The Holy Spirit). Also look at some of his creations (animals i.e. duck bill platypus). All are creative, however, I imagine that he'd have to be at least a bit humorous to design them that way.
Please note that my Bible is a new international version. It just reads a bit different for full understanding purposes, however it's the same meaning as King James. read your Bible! If you don't have one, your question alone should prompt you to purchase one soon. Get one with a concordance. Then you can research some of your other questions. God Bless!

Since my God is not omnipotent you can tell him/her jokes all day. It's tough to do that with a God that's heard them all.

Yesterday I was visiting an elderly friend of mine. He's a real nice guy but unfortunately he has out lived most of his family. We had coffee and told a few jokes, he laugh and laugh and didn't feel lonely. Just shows you the power of a good joke, sometimes it's better than prayer.

Hey how many "born agains" does it take to screw in a light bulb? -It doesn't matter because none of them see the light.

Listen, God and I were at the Rum Boogey Cafe last week. And, I asked her that same question. She flat out said "No".

I know it's hearsay but if you want to meet her, we're going dancing this weekend and you can join us.
