you definetly did not eat too much...

your food choices are ok but that is not a healthy diet. your breakfast and lunch are basically all sugar, where's the protein for your muscles? there's definetly a lack of fiber from whole grains like oats, beans, lentils, etc. not enough vegetables or healthy fats.

Too much?!? Are you joking, you have only consumed around 700 calories and with a small salad it won't be any near to how much you need.

Find out your BMR - this is how many calories your body will burn with out you participating in any activities. (You can do a quick internet search to find a calculator for it) Eat at least your BMR in calories.

Sign up to something like http://www.sparkpeople.com - this site can help to tell you if your getting enough calories, iron, fat, protein etc (It's where I calculated how many calories you'd consumed, I don't have a calculator for a brain.) : )

sounds ok to me, you may want a few more carbs, though. even on a low carb diet, your body still needs some to keep functioning. maybe have a small bowl of rice with dinner?
