Its good that you keep saying no. Stick to that! He is already committed to a girl and coming in between them isnt right. You will be creating problems for the other girl. If he does like you and is serious about you then he has to choose whom he wants to be with. He shouldnt ask another girl out if he is already seeing someone. This shows his level of commitment and loyalty.
May be he likes your simplicity and your conservativeness. A person goes to another woman if he is finding something missing in his own woman. He ash to be loyal to her and try to talk to his gf about what hes finding missing. Advice him that. You can be friends with him if you like but make sure its only to that! Advice him to be loyal and be just good friends with you.
Dont get involved in between him and his gf ever. Take care

You said it yourself, you are more reserved and conservative. I would discourage you to get along with this particular guy. Maybe you deserve someone better. Maybe if you met a guy as reserved and conservative as you, you would embark on a better relationship.

The guy you are talking about may just dump you after some time just as he is planning to dump his girlfriend

the boy is a gigalo.(sorry, I just like saying that word - it makes me laugh)...but seriously, why would you want a guy that is so blatantly cheating on his girlfriend. I mean if he really is into you then he should be a man and end it with the girlfriend before trying to start a relationship with you. That's just my two cents about your situation.

Dear Oo-la-la, Ooooo! I sense a crush:)? It's none of my business. Anyways, think of stuff of yourself. Maybe tell him your likes, your dislikes. Ask him about his likes and dislikes. Talk about future school events. Talk about holidays. One person said to even keep a list around of things to talk about! Also, another person said to me the conversation will flow naturally, so don't get nervous. Good luck with your relationship! Signed, Advisor

From the description of you and the other girl, he probably just wants to taste a new flavor to see if he likes it better. If you're young, go for it. Dating is the best way to figure out what you're looking for.

Men are interested in the conquest. Genetically it is instinctual that we engage in as many partners as possible to procreate our DNA. Women are wired in opposite, choosing only mates with the optimal characteristics for a child.
That said, he sounds like a jerk. Tell him that if he asks you one more time, you are telling the tart.

He is a player! I wouldn't go out with him, if he is going to cheat on the girlfriend he has now, he will the next one too.

Maybe he thinks he wants someone not so involved with other people. Maybe, with your conservative reputation (?) he wants to "conquer" you? Its wrong however you look at it since he is going with someone else. Just keep saying no.

Obviously he is a player and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. Don't let the compliments fool you. If he'd cheat on her, he'd cheat on you. It's stupid if you let the inflated ego he gives you cause him to be attractive to you, but I know it is common. To me he sounds like a lying, cheating son of a gun. My advice to you is to STAY WAY CLEAR!!!!!

He's interested in you because your the exact opposite of his girlfriend and you fascinate him. I'm not sure if I'd go for that though, because you don't want him to ditch you like he did her.Good Luck
