Here is my way. They taste JUST like restaurant wings.

1. Take you wings and dredge them through a mixture of white all-purpose flour mixed with a bit of salt and pepper.

2. Set wings aside for a minute as you dredge each one.

3. When you see moisture seeping through the breading, dredge them again.

4. Heat some cooking oil to 350 degrees.

5. Dredge your wings one last time and fry to an internal temp of 180 degrees.

6. Drain wings on a paper towel, or if you can get one, a grocery store PAPER bag to remove excess oil.

7. Mix one stick of melted butter with one cup of Frank's RedHot Hot Sauce or Louisiana Hot Sauce. Heat the mixture to a slow simmer.

8. Put your wings in a few at a time, and coat well with the hot sauce mixture.

9. Serve immediately with bleu cheese or ranch dipping sauce and celery and carrot sticks.

ENJOY!

Peel an onion and throw it in the pan with a lil bit of oil.

Spice wings and throw it in the pan... let ii fry for a lil bit

Add soya sauce and a lil bit of coca cola..

Let it fry until fully cooked and remove the wings from the pan..

Mix tomato sauce and chutney for the basting.

If you want to go healthy cook them on a cookie sheet in the oven then as soon as they are done, I put them in a plastic zip lock, add sauce, then shake. However if you don't care about the health part, get a fry daddy, fill with peanut oil or any other high temp oil fry and then shake in a bag. Either way wings are great.

either in the crock pot or on a cookie sheet in the oven

Some of the best wings I ever ate were cooked in a crock pot for whomever gave me a thumbs down.

I always grill them a little so they have that good grilled taste. Then I wrap them in foil and put come sauce over them and bake them. They end up really tender and they taste great.
