I've noticed that R&S seems to be the place to go to try to offened people as much as possible and it's not limited to people who are fighting about religions its also including people who fight over no religion!

Isn't anyone else seeing how redundent it is?
why cant people be left to believe or not to believe what they want with out anyone trying to change them?

I am not here to try to convert anyone. I come here to gain insight in Christianity from other Christians, insight into what others believe about Christianity, and insight into other religions so that I may better undertand where others are coming from. I am tired of being insulted by those that claim to be the most intelligent. I agree with you that we should be able to ask and answer questions without all of the name calling and insults!

I have noticed this also, but I don't let them get to me.
The enjoyment here is diversity, and filtering thru piles of bs.
Yes, it is redundant, but so is life.
Because none the less, people feel the need to control.
I do, and brush off the ones who try "convert" me. I've gotten some hilarious e-mails.
I believe in God. I have accepted Jesus. I am also a follower of Witta, which to me personally, represents the female and male aspect of God and brings me closer to nature. It also makes me feel close to my grandmother who is one of the last full blooded Creek Indians and has taught me a lot of my Native American Heritage, yet I'm condemed by other Christians, because I don't believe as they do, but I don't judge them.
I just choose to see them as a bit misguided.

I agree with Kerry. People say things and adopt attitudes under the cloak of anonimity that they never would face to face.

The simple answer is to ignore them.

There is a certain amount of anonymity that can be afforded on line, and people hide behind that anonymity. that is unfortunate as it only serves to reveal the true colors of someone.

Why do two guys fight over one girl, when there are many many other girls in the world?

Because it's fun!

No one is forcing you to be here- since you seem to dislike it perhaps you can try a different category. Such as spelling.
