I saw a shirt design that said 'I believe in God too. I spell it N-A-T-U-R-E'.

That would imply that god is real. Of course, the statement 'the Earth is cleansing itself' does somewhat imply some sort of Gaia type hypothesis... Not the best choice in words, in my humble opinion.

Because there is no God for most of the People and even that several scientist had admited that there's something beyond nature that may be God there's still people who try to say that everything is casuality or nature and well we have to respect that point of view even that they in many ocassions don't rspect the God's theory

try to understand that not everyone shares the same beliefs as everyone else. i thought that most religions practiced tolerance and acceptance. try to be a littl more open minded, kiddo.
and who says the earth is healing itself?...definately not any al gore fans.

because someone who does not believe in God would not say that. and even those who do believe in God do not know for sure what God is doing.
