Be an interesting person.
"advice experts" say this all the time: develop your own interests, hobbies, activities, etc...things that you care about and which enrich you. these will make you someone who others will be interested in knowing better.
the way to be an uninteresting person is to have your girlfriend as your only major interest.

She loves you. Just be yourself and relax and have fun. The best thing to keep her interested is to make time to just have fun together. Doesn't have to be romantic. Some girls like playing throughout their lives. Fairs, movies, dancing, paintball....depends on what she likes, but if you make a point of having a special day for fun at least once a month, I don't think keeping her interested will ever be a problem.
I'm sure it's not now, but obviously you love her a lot with as much as your questions are about her. I hope you learn to relax and enjoy yourself, my friend. You'll both be happier when you do.

Keep the sex entertaining... and also give her alittle bit of a challenge.. I know its a game.. I hate games... but thats how things work... its sooo rare to completely yourself with someone anymore..
