I'm hooked on Red wine now. I only developed a taste for the stuff about 3 years after visiting Paris (where else??).
Wine is the drink of Gods is it not?

I didn't like wine for a long time - I preferred mixed drinks. But a friend started me on sweet wines (Riesling especially) and I worked up from there: drier whites, sweet reds, full bodied reds. My favorite now is Cabernet, but that's definitely NOT a wine for beginners!

Yes indeed

As the saying goes" a meal without wine is like a rendevous without a woman".

A good Chianti is the best.
