That is a noble and honorable consideration Enrique. I look at as if it were more or my children who needed the donation. To donate is caring, empathetic, and a good thing to do.

I don't believe in it.. half the time people get the organ and its rejected or they have to live on a suitcase full of anti immune drugs for the rest of their lives.
I am hoping as science progresses they can make the organs for individuals and thus no worries about being allergic to a foreign substance, like they do now with titanium bolts and stuff for repairing bone.. or the ears and noses they can make in the lab with cells from the persons cells. It's remarkable stuff they are doing but I don't think my organs would really help anyone they are pretty well worn.
Unless you know someone that is dire need and you can help like giving one kidney to a family member, or a part of your liver to regrow in someone, or adult stem cells that sort of stuff you might look into it further.
Make an educated decision that is right for you.

Sure, I mean if you are about to die or already dead why not help another life, it actually may be someone in your family that needs the organ.?.?

I figured, why not? After I'm dead, I'll have little use for my organs anyway.
