To concur with what many have said you need to get it ordered from a civilian court. The Army will be very cooperative with you and the civilian court once you have the proof of paternity established.

nope. strictly a matter for the civilian court system. be prepared to foot the bill for the DNA test yourself.

The military will NOT get involved without a court ordered requiring the DNA test, and once that is established, only a court order can force him to start paying child support.

The civilian courts have the authority to order paternity tests and order child support. If he worked at Blockbuster you wouldn't be knocking down the door to talk to his boss for a paternity test. Follow the proper civilian legal channels for civilians.

Only a civilian court can order that but good luck trying to get anything.........him being in the military, tracking him down or even if he's on a post that you know of, you've gotta go through the military (federal) authorities to get anything. I know plenty that have tried.

You need to go to civilian court for that. Once it's proved he is father, if court orders, his pay can be attached for child support.
