People who pay good money to see these movies suffer the most. Instead of saving your money by going to the library where you could read educational books, you just pissed away good money that could be spent on your family.
We could do what Brittan did and get court ordered disclaimers before every showing of these hollywood productions.

A great majority of scientists strongly believe that global warming is occurring. While that is true, what you saw in "Day After Tomorrow" is way over the top. Even the creator/writer stated as much. The chances of what happened in that movie to happen in real life is miniscule.
That being said, significant flooding will at least occur. Some computer models have indicated that much of Florida will be under water in 50 years.
To answer your question, the places that will be most affected are low-lying areas near oceans, which will get flooded. Also, typical growing areas will likely shift, such as the midwest.

People in poor countries which are just barely managing to feed themselves. Bangladesh is a "worst case", with much agricultural land only a little above sea level.
It won't be a Hollywood style disaster, like you see in the movies. Gradually coastal areas will flood and agriculture will be damaged. But it will be very bad. Rich countries will cope, but it will take huge amounts of money. In poor countries many people will die of starvation, but not all of them.
Most scientists say, in 20-50 years. But we need to start right now to fix it, fixing it will take even longer than that.

Anyone who values honesty and integrity will suffer the most. We have already seen the Nobel Prize committee fall prey to the effects of global warming by ignoring Alfred Nobel's express criteria for awarding the Nobel Peace Prize.
"In his last will, signed on November 27, 1895, we find the well-known prize formulation 'to the person who shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the aboliton or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses.'"
As others dive headfirst into the political correctness of global warming, they, too, will suffer a similar demise of honesty and integrity.

The poor will suffer the most, but the suffering will be world wide. The way that food is grown and distributed will begin to fail. We may be seeing that beginning now with all the recalls of tainted food. We can't stop it,only deal with it!

1st remember that both movies are pieces of FICTION with Al Gore's being extreme Science fiction.
The people who will suffer the most are those who live near the costal regions.
And short of detonating nuclear devices to cause a short term "nuclear winter" there is little man kind can to to stop a natural weather cycle.
