I was living with her three years. I looked after her daughter (during the ages 9-11), did all the housework (while she worked, I looked after everything), and in the beginning of the relationship I gave up my cat for her. Now, two years into the relationship, my mom signed her car over to my GF with my approval. I wanted to help her out. Then, three days later, she comes home with a $2000.00 Shi-tzu purchased at a commercial pet store. She didn't warn me about it, just showed up with the pet (she made sure her daughter was there when she presented the dog, so that i wouldn't get angry in front of the little girl).
So, I say I don't like the dog, and she says "If you don't like it, you are going to have to leave."
So, she gets the car, and then gets a dog, then favours the dog over me. (And I babysat her daughter for months while she to school to finish her degree)... once she was done getting ahead. She left me behind.

Like I said in my other answer to you, PASS!!! She used you as her b*tch. Plain and simple. Sounds like she used the dog as her excuse because she KNEW how you would react and it was her "reason" for dumping you. What a cold hearted, evil, conniving b*tch.
Move on.... and DON'T watch the dog for her!!! DON'T let her USE you anymore!! She's on her own, the way she wanted it, just her, the dog and the daughter. And, for the safety of the dog, don't watch it! I'd be sorely tempted to give it away to some homeless man while she's away in Mexico! Whoops, it ran away.

properly, there is no want for call-calling, yet i think of you have been ultimate in telling her to locate a activity to help out with the expenses of renting/procuring a house mutually till now you actual did get right into an prolonged-term financial dedication. And for her to get mad at you and sleep with somebody else is notably low. It seems such as you're greater advantageous off no longer having to handle that mess.

Ah, sounds like everyone catered to the girlfriend. Tell her it's time for you to move out, and she'll be responsible for everything, including the dog. My next bit of advice you probably won't like, but here goes..I preach hard against shacking up. I would advise next time before moving in with a girl, marry her first. Date for a year or two, then marry, and then move in. It works much better that way.

Maybe it's her silent or subtle way of saying that she's considered the breadwinner in the house and you're not contributing enough to have any real say-so, and it's a make or break issue for you to accept or reject. Of course, your rejection means your disapproval of the dog, and she doesn't need your help much anymore since she is getting ahead and evidently you're not.

She's over you and she's trying to get rid of you without looking like the "bad guy." Move on.

You got used. Don't base other women on this low-life. Be happy that she showed her true colors before you married her and she sucked you dry. Count your blessings and move on.
