You may upset some of the Christians, but I doubt very much you will upset God. Thats who you should really be concerned with. It seems that you may have even touched His heart in some way if you felt the inspiration to sing that particular song. I sing two Christian based songs right after singing a Van Halen and a Grand Funk Railroad song at an Open Mic night at a bar. Do you think I really care how many "christians" I may offend by even going there let alone singing? Now I have a few CHRISTIAN friends that even come along with me and we have a great time and almost always end up have someone ask us about our belief and faith. So, again I ask, Does it matter who "we" offend? Or is it more important to do what God has inspired you to do??
(notice the diffenernce in the capitals of the type of people I am talking about, too)

God Bless ya' hun and keep on singing!

One of the most important aspects of singing well involves correct breathing. Now you would think that we would already do this correctly. Try a site like https://tr.im/OFUUc which has the best vocal exercises

After all if we couldn't breathe we wouldn't be alive! But in reality many people have bad breathing habits caused by a variety of things including poor posture and our often frantic lifestyles. Learning how to control your breathing is one of the keys to improving your voice.

Singing requires that you are able to take in enough air quickly before you are about to sing a line and then let this air out in a regular and controlled way whilst singing the notes. The mistake many novice singers do is to take a quick shallow gasp of air into the top of the lungs. This results in there being insufficient air, to get you through the line you are singing, and you will end up dropping notes. I'm sure you can relate to this experience and can remember times when you have had to quickly take in more air half way through the line or note you are singing.

I think Amazing Grace is a rather odd choice for a karaoke song, but I think it's the kind of song that many people can sing and sound pretty good singing it. If you're pagan, why should you care if you upset the Christian god?

There are several Christmas type songs that are decidedly Christian which, despite me not being Christian, I still really like alot. In fact, some are moving in their beauty when performed by gifted artists.

O Holy Night is def one of them, and I heard it performed by a Celtic group and it is amazing.

Why would anything upset an all knowing God. How can he be upset when he won't tell{give solid proof} his creation the facts.

I don't think that it would upset God; but you'd have to accept that what you sang wasn't true in your case.

Amazing grace, how sweet the Earth
that bore a witch like me!
I once was burned, now I survive,
was hung and now I sing.

Twas grace that drew down the moon
and grace that raised the seas.
The magic in the people's will
will set our Mother free.

We face the East and breathe the winds
that move across this earth.
From gentle breeze to hurricane
our breath will bring forth change.

Turn towards the South and feel the fire
that burns in you and me.
The spirit's flame will rise again
and burn eternally.

We greet the West, our souls awash
in tides of primal birth.
Our tears and blood, our pain and love
will cleanse and heal the earth.

Reach in the North and know your roots
down deep ancestral caves.
We find the wisdom of the Crone,
Of circles we are made.

Amazing earth, enduring life,
from death into rebirth.
Tis earth I am and earth I love
and earth I'll always be.

Amazing grace, how sweet the Earth
that bore witches like we.
We once were burned, now we survive,
were hung and now we sing.

Goddess bless, so mote it be,
Our magic spirals on.
Merry meet and merry part
and merry meet again.

Hehe. Enjoy the chemical reactions in your brain - it IS proven that making music for 30 minutes cause the SAME chemical reactions that happen when you take "happy" drugs.

Better music than other stuff :-)

Grace is for sinners who have repented and turned to Christ.

Have you?
