I have been having simmilar problems lately, everytime i go to a dentist & they do fillings, root canals, extractions i always get pain & now ive got an infection, before i went to dentist's i never had trouble with my teeth, some dentist just cant do the job in hand, why he is not telling you the reasons about your pain is quite a mystery, they have to tell you what you need to know as you are the patient, unless its something serious like some diseieas in your blood or something, i sincerly HOPE/WISH that is NOT the case with you, or maybe he knows he does wrong so is trying to hide it, you really need to make a complaint, the dentist might do this on purpose to make more money by you being his regular patient, you just never know with dentist's these days, their agendas, their goals etc, if you had root canals on the teeth which you want out then they shud come out, the dentist needs to do root canals on the teeth that hurt because you cant just have teeth out without the teeth being worked on, tell your dentist to do root canals or fillings on your wisdom teeth, but which ever tooth or teeth has pain then get them out, you can always have a denture or crown to replace them, but you really need to make a complain becaust 2 years on yoy should not have to have pain this long, sorry for what ya going through, ive also been through this & continue to do so & its depressing, everything esle in life is secondary compared to a tooth ache, i know trust me, you got have the tooth/teeth removed which are giving you trouble & make a complaint, good luck, by the way take some pain killers or anitbiotics to dull the pain but get the teeth concerned OUT, Peace.

Ok I had two done. I don't know if you have had teeth pulled with just noavacaine, not fun. An impacted wisdom tooth has to be cut out for the gum line. Don't be a hero, GET THE DRUGS to knock your *** out! And you think you have a high tolerence for pain--ha--wait until afterwards---you will want the drugs, believe me. I would rather go thru 12 hours of labor than endure the 3-4 days of pain once that little novacaine pack they are going to put in the socket where the tooth was wears off. Good luck.

You have a bad dentist. If that guy pulled one of your teeth out, and it still hurts after two years, he did something really wrong and thats why he wont tell you what is going on. If I were you, I would get a second opinion from a better dentist to find out why you are still having this pain. If they find out the bad dentist did something wrong, then sue him for malpractice. Don't go to that guy again.
