I live in New York and have been doing some research on the Governor, but I cannot seem to find anything on his environmental policy.

Spitzer is a fascist. He uses state police to spy on his political opponents.
Just think of what any good fascist is doing to take over private property, and you will get a good idea of Spitzers policies.
I'm so glad I don't live there anymore.....

He's a strong proponent of taking major action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to fight global warming.
Among other things he's suing the Federal Government for inaction, and creating a "cap and trade" program.
